The Duke was created to bring soul, character and individuality back to the modern saxophone. Refined over five years alongside leading London players and technicians, it has a rich, powerful and complex voice - warm and intimate one moment, effortlessly filling a room the next. Inspired by the finest vintage instruments, it combines exceptional depth and colour with modern precision and craftsmanship. Now played by artists including jazz icon Courtney Pine CBE, swing saxophone legend Ray Gelato, and genre-defying saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist Michael Wilbur, The Duke is built without compromise for players who believe an instrument should be more than a tool - it should have a voice, a soul, and become part of who you are as a musician.

Bespoke Aesthetics

Every Atlantic Hand Engraved saxophone is brought to life by two master engravers with over 50 years of combined experience. Each instrument requires around seven hours of meticulous hand engraving, with intricate Art Deco-inspired patterns flowing across the bell and bow to create the unmistakable Atlantic signature style. Complementing the engraving are our distinctive wire key guards, adding both protection and a unique visual identity. Finished in a rich amber lacquer, or available unlacquered for those who prefer the ultimate vintage aesthetic.

I’m in the US and took a chance ordering the Atlantic Tenor after seeing the videos. It arrived super fast, packed really well, and plays like a dream. The tone is rich, dark and powerful, way more than I expected for the price. Build quality feels same level as the big name horns. Honestly one of the best saxes I ever played.

Unique & Beautiful

Not only does it look unique and beautiful, it feels so easy to play. I’ve been playing a Yamaha YTS875B since 1998 and I can’t remember that it ever felt so good to play as the Duke. I don’t know how you have managed to produce such a quality product at this price point. It's a great achievement.
