Return Policy

We at Atlantic London Saxophones want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your saxophone, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in mint condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@atlanticsax.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method using all original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned saxophone and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on saxophones that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse. Additionally, any accessories or promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned in their original condition.
